Webexにて談話会に参加する際には、以下の事項を遵守するようお願いいたします。
談話会において知り得た情報を、下記のいずれかに該当する場合を除き、
これを秘密として、使用・開示もしくは漏洩しない。
（1） 開示を受ける前に、既に自ら所有していたことを文書によって証明できるもの
（2） 開示を受ける前に、既に公知となっていたもの
（3） 開示後に、自らの責に帰すことのできない事由により公知となったもの
（4） 法律上正当な権限を有する第三者から、秘密保持義務を課せられることなく適法に取得したもの
（5） 本秘密情報によることなく独自に開発・取得したことを文書によって証明できるもの
また、発表内容の漏洩を防ぐため写真撮影や録画等はおこなわない。
When you participate the Seminar via Webex, you must not disclose any information that you have learned at the Seminar except in the following cases.
(1) Information that were already public knowledge before the disclosure
(2) Information that became public knowledge for reasons not attributable to you after the disclosure
(3) Information that were legally acquired from a third party with legitimate legal authority, without any obligation of confidentiality
(4) You have a document that proves you had already possessed the information before the disclosure
(5) You have document that proves you acquired the information independent of the disclosure To prevent the leakage of the content of the presentation, you must not take any photos or videos.
