Fusion of ecology and veterinary medicine: Education for future experts in wildlife medicine

With a view to protecting biodiversity, the wildlife medicine laboratory aims to serve as an education and research center for ecology and wildlife medicine that contributes to the conservation and management of wild animals. Focused primarily on conservation biology that studies the physiology and ecology of large mammals, such as bears, deer and seals, as well as studies in wildlife medicine, we also conduct research on the nature of infectious diseases (pathogenic microorganisms) carried by wild animals and interaction between wild animals.
