The Strategic Plan, prepared every six years for EAEVE accreditation, is a crucial document for veterinary education institutions to clarify their medium- to long-term educational and research direction and to pursue continuous quality assurance and improvement. This plan also serves the role of ensuring transparency and accountability for external evaluation by conducting self-assessment against international educational standards and systematically presenting the organization's vision and goals. The SWOT analysis conducted during its development is an effective method for objectively identifying current challenges and potential opportunities by organizing internal strengths and weaknesses alongside external opportunities and threats. This enables more evidence-based strategic decision-making and facilitates the formulation of concrete measures for enhancing educational quality.
