Dear Deans and Representatives of AAVS Member Institutions,

It would be our great pleasure to invite you to the 21st AAVS Meeting (Hybrid style) on 11-13, September 2023.

The meeting will be held in Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan, co-organized with and hosted by the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Hokkaido University.

In addition to the Executive Committee Meeting, two working group sessions, and Assembly Meeting of our own, AAVS will co-organize the One Health joint symposium on 13 September. Before the AAVS activities, World Organisation for Animal Health (WOAH) will organize the sub-regional meeting for Veterinary Education Establishments in East Asia on 11 September at the same venue.

After the AAVS activities, the Sapporo Summer Symposium for One Health 2023 (SaSSOH 2023, https://sassoh.vetmed.hokudai.ac.jp/upcoming-sassoh/) will be held back-to-back on September 14-15, at the same venue, hosted by Hokkaido University. If you are interested, you are welcome to attend this meeting following the AAVS activities.

While there is no registration fee to join the meeting, the participants are asked to make their own travel and accommodation arrangements and cover the related costs. If you have any questions about the meeting, please contact AAVS Office.
