You will be required to go to the conference venue on your own from your respective hotel.

Method 1: Walk from your hotel all the way through the university campus (30 minutes) *

Method 2: Take the subway to Kita 18-jo Station (subway fee 210 yen, 6minutes) and then walk (15 minutes) *
*On September 11 and 12, from 7:30 to 9:00 a.m., staff will be at the exit of the ticket gate at Kita 18-jo Subway Station to assist visitors in navigating their way to the venue.
